UKAI in West Lansing opened in 2007 and quickly became a favorite among locals, many surrounding cities, and all the business travelers that stay nearby. When you first come through the doors you will see our large sushi bar, seating area, and our popular fully stocked bar. Further in the restaurant you will find our twelve Hibachi grills (Teppan Style) where our experienced chefs will cook the finest steak, seafood, and chicken entrees while putting on a show for a unique dining experience.
